“Computer Software Application” CITS trade is applicable for Instructors of “COPA” and “Database System Assistant” trades.

COURSE STRUCTURE --- Duration of CITS training: 2 Semesters each of 6 months (Semester I: Trade Skill – I, Semester II: Trade Skill - II)

1. Trade Technology – i. Professional Skill (Trade Practical) ii. Professional Knowledge (Trade Theory)
2. Soft Skills -- i. Practical ii.  Theory
3. Training Methodology -- i. TM Practical ii. TM Theory

ASSESSMENT -- Assessment will be based on Instructional skills (Lesson Plan, Demonstration Plan), Assignment sheets, Video Recording, tests, Record books and Viva.

JOB ROLE -- After completing this course Students will be able to work as an

1. Craft Instructor for ITI’s/ Vocational Training Institute.
2. Computer Operator’s.
3. Programming Assistant’s.
4. Database Administrator’s”.
5. Networking management.
6. Hardware management.
7. Web page Designer.

Syllabus consist of Network Architecture, Applications & Network Management, Network Security,

DBMS(DATA BASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, PHP (HYPERTEXT PREPROCESSOR),JAVA SCRIPT, VBA(VISUAL BASIC APPLICATION), JAVA, AND ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE.

In Soft Skill -- We teach communication skill, Self Management & Personality Development, Techniques of Attending Interviews, Group Discussion, Personal Grooming & Hygiene,Time Management Skill, Entrepreneurship, Logical Reasoning and Energy& Environment.

The above topics help the students to perform well in their interview, work place.
